4. ORDERS

By placing an order on the Wholesale Auto Paint website, you agree to purchase the selected products at the price indicated at the time of purchase. Product prices are subject to change without notice; however, any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. It is your responsibility to carefully review the full product description, including its technical specifications, features and any relevant warnings, before confirming your order, to ensure that the selected product meets your expectations and specific needs.

Upon completing the purchase process and submitting your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided during registration or in the payment process. This email will serve as a receipt and will include the order details, such as the list of products purchased, the total price, the payment method used and confirmation that the payment has been processed successfully. This email does not constitute final acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received your purchase request.

Wholesale Auto Paint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons we deem reasonable. This may include, but is not limited to, errors in product information or published prices, problems related to product availability, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the event that your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will notify you immediately and proceed to refund the full amount paid using the same payment method you used in the original transaction. Wholesale Auto Paint will not be liable for any damages that may arise due to the cancellation of an order, beyond the reimbursement of the amount paid.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the availability of any product on our website at any time and without prior notice. This may be due to inventory reasons, product updates, changes in demand or any other cause we deem necessary for the operation of our business. Such modifications will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted, except in exceptional situations where it is not possible to fulfill the order due to the unavailability of the product. In these cases, we will inform you in a timely manner and offer alternative options, including the possibility of a full refund.

Each order placed on our website is considered an independent transaction, which means that it will be processed and treated separately from any previous or subsequent order. The applicable conditions, including prices, promotions and product availability, will be evaluated individually for each order and will not be subject to agreements or conditions established in previous transactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

When placing an order, the customer is responsible for providing accurate, sufficiently detailed and up-to-date information. Providing misleading, false or incomplete information and communication can also have negative consequences: for example, financial loss, damage to the products/the product of an Innovator can increase its expenditure time... etc. Customers will be responsible for any loss, damage and additional costs as a result of providing incorrect or outdated data, not updated in due time.

 

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES

Product information and prices will be available on each product page of the website. Product prices include value added tax. Product prices are valid for the period during which they appear on the website.

Wholesale Auto Paint reserves the right to determine the price of the products and these may be subject to change at any time with or without notice.

We will always try to keep the prices on the website accurate. However, from time to time pricing errors may occur, including but not limited to human, mechanical or similar errors. If a pricing error is discovered, the customer will be informed of the error. User will have the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the order.

Products may differ slightly from the images shown on our website, as these are used for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to represent colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the display on your device will exactly match the actual colors of the products. Variations, if any, will be minimal and reasonable, and will be justified on objective grounds that do not significantly affect the quality or functionality of the product.

Wholesale Auto Paint attempts to be as accurate as possible. However,Wholesale Auto Paint does not warrant that product descriptions, product prices or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All product offers displayed on the website are for information purposes only and Wholesale Auto Paint is not obliged to enter into a purchase agreement in relation to these products (if the products are not available).

 

7. PAYMENTS

Customers can pay for the products using the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Diners, etc.)
  • PayPal

The customer must pay the price of the product stipulated in the order before the product is shipped. Payment will be charged to the payment method selected by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Once the transaction has been processed, we will send an electronic receipt of the transaction to the customer's email address. If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact page or you can make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment processor.

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.

If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or provide another card where payment can be charged and processed.

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products. Wholesale Auto Paint reserves the right to contract any payment processor available.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wholesale Auto Paint is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or errors in processing orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or technical issues affecting our website or communication systems. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, Wholesale Auto Paint reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel any affected orders, with a full refund provided to the customer for any payments made.
